How do I bulk import social media articles into Hootsuite?

1. If you haven't already, sign up to Hootsuite (paid) and create an account.
2. Login to Hootsuite and connect it to at least one of your social profiles (Facebook, Twitter etc) 

   

3. Download the Social Media .CSV file for Hootsuite from the Membership to your computer. 

   

4. Log into Hootsuite and go to "Publisher > Content" 
5. Choose "Bulk Message Upload" (or try the Bulk Composer BETA) 

   

6. In the Upload CSV File menu, choose the .CSV you downloaded to your computer.
7. Choose an account for it to upload to and press Submit. 

   

8. If you want to customize each post, you can. Just click on the post you want to edit. 

9. If you want to add images to each of the scheduled posts (especially for Tech Holidays content), click Upload media and select an image to add to the post.

10. If everything is set, you can now click Schedule all posts.

11. If you want to edit already scheduled posts, simply go to View scheduled posts to customize them further.
